PolyGroundDelete your PolyGround account
You can request permanent deletion of your PolyGround account and personal data at any time. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
How to request deletion
Email tomikalabs@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request, sent from the email address linked to your account where possible. Include your username so we can identify the account.
What gets deleted
Once we verify the request, all of the following is permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days:
- Your profile — username, avatar, linked sign-in identifier and email address.
- Your device identifier and any push notification tokens.
- Your prediction history and every call you have made.
- Your coin balance, XP, level, badges, quest progress and streak record.
- Your leaderboard entries and public profile.
What this means
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Coins, XP, levels and rewards are virtual, hold no real-world monetary value, and cannot be recovered, restored or transferred to another account once deleted. If you sign up again afterwards you start from zero.
Uninstalling is not deletion
Removing the app from your device does not delete your account. If you signed in with Google, your progress remains on our servers until you request deletion. Guest accounts are tied to a single device and may become unreachable after an uninstall, but the underlying record is only removed on request.
